While New Year’s resolutions often begin with a strong commitment to wiping the slate clean and eating well, by week two of January, bad habits have often come back with a vengeance. (Office vending machine cookies, anyone?) This year, though, why not turn to a meal-delivery program to put the mind (and body) at ease? Thanks to a wave of new offerings, the options—from a line of ready-to-heat vegan soups to a model-approved renewal program—are more appealing than ever.

Urban Remedy
Think of Urban Remedy’s newest offering, Metta-Morphosis, as a total body reset for the coming year. Created with the help of Angela Lindvall (a fan of the company’s plant-centric meals, along with Cindy Crawford and Josie Maran), this holistic program combines guided morning and evening meditation, daily movement classes led by dance and yoga teachers, and empowering videos with clean, low-glycemic juices, soups, and salads delivered right to your door.
The Ranch Daily
Inspired by the vegan menu of ultra-luxe wellness destination The Ranch Malibu, The Ranch Daily offers the option of two or three daily plant-based meals (plus snacks) made with organic ingredients, requiring little to no prep, like blueberry pancakes with maple berry compote and walnut meat tacos. For now, the program services only Southern California, though bicoastal A-listers are holding out hope it will expand to the East Coast.
Green Chef
Those looking to make a home-cooked meal, but also cut down on the amount of time spent running around grocery stores and farmers’ markets, should consider signing up for Green Chef, a USDA-certified organic meal-kit delivery service that comes with premeasured ingredients, premade sauces, and pre-chopped vegetables. Its newest offering, Family Plan, includes two weekly dinners for four people. With crowd-pleasing meals like vegetable quesadillas and Greek chicken flatbread on offer, it’s likely to be a hit with the younger set as well as adults.
Daily Harvest
Just over a year ago Daily Harvest introduced its line of prepackaged smoothies, bringing new innovation and health consciousness to the frozen-food category, and in November, the company expanded to include superfood-enriched soup. Shipped in ready-to-heat cups, the soups are free of fillers and preservatives and are available in three vegan offerings: carrot and coconut, zucchini and black garlic, and mushroom and miso. Stay tuned for additional flavors coming in February.
Sun Basket
Focusing on detoxifying and anti-inflammatory ingredients, Sun Basket’s latest program lasting the month of January, Lean & Clean, is designed to cleanse the body and take the hassle out of shopping for and preparing dinners. Dairy, added sugar, and processed foods are replaced with fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins in easy-to-follow, nutrient-dense recipes like Southeast Asian coconut-poached salmon with red chard and chickpea-kale masala curry with red rice. Picky eaters take heart: Choose from a wealth of Paleo, gluten-free, and vegetarian recipes for an individualized meal plan.
Sakara Life
This month, fashion’s favorite meal delivery service launched Total Body Reset, a 4-week program expanding upon the company’s signature plant-rich meal plan. Equipped with a specialized toolkit (palo santo sticks are packed alongside their best-selling CBD chocolates, for instance), each week centers on a new theme (movement, creativity, love, and sleep). Consider it the ultimate path to recovery and wellness in the year ahead.
